The PGD-202 address programmer is an addressable system tool that is used to assign addresses to
each device in the loop. The range of addresses is from 1 to 250, not having to save any kind of address
range for detectors or modules.
The PGD-202 programmer takes into account that there are loop devices that can occupy more than one
address, being these detected and making the reservation of the necessary addresses, to not duplicate
addresses in the system automatically.
The PGD-202 programmer has a display to show all the needed information. The display is lighted by
LED and can be switched on and off to let you work with the tool in dark environments and to save battery
when there is enough light to use the tool.
The programmer can be powered directly by 220V or with 4 AA batteries that provide an autonomy of
50 hours.
3 programas are available:
Program 1: automatically assigns an address to the devices when inserting a device into the
programmer. Pressing the √ button the address displayed on the tool is programmed into the device
and another address is generated for the next device to be programmed.
Program 2: assigns an address selected by the user. The user can select the address by pressing
the up and down keys. Once the address is selected, it can be programmed into the device with the
√ key.
Program 3: shows the address value of the device connected to the programmer.
